Then you are being severely disadvantaged by BT policy.At present your internet connection is a palpable 0.5megs the norm is 8megs.BT published that this exchange would be upgraded years ago to date nothing has happened.
Nothing will happen unless you complain.
Businesses are loosing money everyday by not having the internet access they deserve.
